Terms and Conditions for Somerset Multisport Event Prize Draw
- Eligibility
This prize draw is open to all individuals who sign up for the Somerset Multisport Event before 30 September 2024. - Prize
The prize is one pair of Shokz Headphones, valued at over AUD 260. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. - How to Enter
To enter the draw, participants must complete the sign-up process for the Somerset Multisport Event before the closing date. No additional purchase is necessary. - Draw Date
The draw will take place on 2 October 2024. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. - Notification
The winner will be notified on social and via email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner may be selected. - Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered via post within 3 weeks after the event.
- Publicity
By participating in the draw, entrants consent to the use of their name and likeness in promotional materials and announcements related to the prize draw. - Privacy
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties. - Liability
