A: Athlete Check-in for collection of bib, timing chip, swimming cap will take place from 6:30am on the day of your race and close 30min prior to race start.

For open water swimming competitions in water with water temperature below 20C, swimmers may use either swimsuits or wetsuits. When the water temperature is below 18C, the use of wetsuits is compulsory. If the water temperature is greater than 20C then you may wear a wetsuit but you will not be eligible to win prizes.

Online entries for the Somerset Multisport Festival will close at 5 PM on Thursday, October 10, 2024.
Late entries will be available at the registration venue on race day, depending on entry numbers.

The use of any swim aids (flippers, pool buoys, paddles, etc) is strictly prohibited for the safety of all participants.

A: Yes, there will be a bag drop area located at the event precinct. This will open from 6:30am. You can find the event precinct map here.
